9/2 Returned from Switzerland after seven days and found everything functioning perfectly. The total PV production for seven days is 98 KWh. Total turbine production for this time is 6.03 KWh. The hot water is 61C.

9/3 PV production 2.12 KWh. Turbine production 0.15 KWh. hot water at 46C. Switched to grid at 14:00. The remnants of the last hurricane are here. Switched to electric hot water too.

9/4 PV production 1.93 KWh. Turbine production 7.30 KWh. Hot water is still 43C. All the turbine generation is socing into the battery bank. Still on grid power, the batteries are charging from turbine generation.

9/5 PV production 4.27 KWh. Turbine production 2.10 KWh. Hot water 35C. Switched to RE power at 8:30 hours. Switched back to grid at 16:00 hours. The batteries are at 80% full, but I need hot water for our evening showers. Looking into outdoor wood burning hot water heaters again.

9/6 PV production 16 KWh. Turbine production 0.01 KWh. Water at 51C.

9/7 PV production 6.3 KWh. Turbine production 0.01 KWh. Switched to RE at 9:00. Water at 53C.

9/8 PV production 14.97 KWh. Turbine production 0.28 KWh. Water at 53C.

9/9 PV production 13 KWh. Turbine production 1.84 KWh. Water 57C.

9/10 PV production 12.6 KWh. Turbine production 0.75 KWh. Water 66C.

9/11 PV production 6.5 KWh. Turbine production 1.88 KWh. Water 60C. Went on grid power at 16:18. Battery Bank 72%.

9/12 PV production 7.9 KWh. Turbine production 0.25 KWh. Switched back to RE at 13:46. Water at 61C.

9/13 PV production 8.39 KWh. Turbine production 0.83 KWh.

9/14 PV production 6 KWh. Turbine production 14.19 KWh. 6:00 What is left of Hurricane Ike is now approaching and bringing good turbine power on line. The turbine is supporting the house demand and socing power to the battery bank. No new hot water but plenty of power in the battery. I heated water with the electric hot water heater from the batteries and turbine this evening.

9/15 PV production 3.19 KWh. Turbine production 3.03 KWh. Total PV 2800.18, total turbine 66

9/19 PV production for four days with system off; 14.78 KWh. Turbine was turned off during the last four days. Turned on RE at 11:00 hours. I was gone to a meeting in NM and I left the house on grid with the electric hot water on for my better 2/3rds. The system was low on power and there was no guarantee the sun would be out on the 16th.

9/21 PV 7.5 KWh. Turbine production 1.0 KWh. Went on grid at 18:00 hours.

9/22 Went back on RE at 11:00. PV production 14.75 KWh. Turbine production 0.02 KWh. Water at 48C.

9/23 PV production 14.63 KWh. Turbine production 0.01 KWh. Water at 63C.

9/24 PV production 13.08 KWh. Turbine production 0.00 KWh. Water at 57C.

9/25 PV production 13.30 KWh. Turbine production 0.09 KWh. Water at 66C.

9/26 Filled the solar hydronic closed loop with anti freeze. The solar hydronic system has operated perfectly for seven weeks without any thermometer recalibrations or misreading and ran out of hot water for two or three days total in seven weeks. PV production 14 KWh. Turbine production 0.28 KWh. Water at 59C.

9/27 Had to turn up the hydronic circulator pump to medium speed to make up for the thicker fluid. If I remember that increases from 60 W to 75 W. PV production 12.84 KWh. Turbine production 0.27 KWh. Water at 62C.

9/28 PV production 14 KWh. Turbine production 0.03 KWh.

9/29 PV production 14.2 KWh. Turbine production 0.06 KWh

9/30PV production 14.33 KWh. Turbine production 1.91 KWh.
